All Shirataki Dried Rice and Dry Noodles have rice flour in the ingredient list. It is impossible to have this dry texture and good taste without the use of rice flour. Pure Konjac flour has neutral taste. If you want shirataki without rice flour, please buy the wet variant instead. Wet variants of shirataki are made without rice flour.
